The Twist Braid works great on curly hair. Exspecially the bigger the braid is. It also works on straight hair but i personally love it with curly hair. It goes along with the texture of the curls. Anyways the braid is super easy to do. Even I did it and I am probably the worst braider in the world! I will post a pic later to show you. Good luck! (: Comment your results!
